Senior Software Engineer
We're looking for a passionate software engineer to help us build the next generation of sports management tools. You'll work on our core platform, developing features that help sports organizations manage their operations more efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain our PHP-based platform using modern frameworks
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with our product team to design and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Work with our support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices

Help our customers succeed with Sportamingo! You'll work directly with sports organizations to ensure they get the most value from our platform and help them achieve their goals.
What You'll Do:
- Onboard new customers and help them set up their Sportamingo platform
- Provide training and support to help customers maximize platform value
- Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues
- Gather customer feedback and work with product team on improvements
- Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales team on renewals
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
